If you are not completely satisfied with the jewellery that you have ordered, it is easy to return or exchange the merchandise. For a full refund please return the items within 14 days from the day you received them. The jewellery must be returned in original packaging and condition. Shipping charges are non refundable.
When shipping you must insure the merchandise.
